Damages & Shortages
Please note any observable damage to cartons or discrepancy in the number of cartons received on the carrier's freight receipt at the time of delivery. This documentation may be required to obtain credit for products damaged or lost in transit.
Freight Charges
Some of our items include FREE shipping within the contiguous United States via UPS Ground. The contiguous states include the "lower 48" and exclude Alaska, Hawaii and territories. Check the item description to see if a product is eligible for free shipping. Other items are shipped FOB Arlington, TX or FOB Manufacturer with freight charges added to the invoice. All shipments outside of the continental USA are FOB Origin.
Orders ship UPS ground or common carrier. Other delivery options may be requested with all freight charges added to the invoice. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and fees for any items shipped outside of the United States. Please review your local regulations before placing an order to ship outside the U.S.
Holidays
TPS closes for business to observe the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, the Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. When an observed holiday falls on Saturday, TPS is closed the Friday before. When an observed holiday falls on Sunday, TPS is closed the Monday after.
Minimum Order
Our minimum order requirement is $75.00.

When you place an order with us, we request your name, address, contact information and payment information. We consider this information private and keep it on secure servers to protect it from access by outside parties.
We use your information for the limited purposes of processing your orders and administering our web site. If you choose to be included in our mailing list, we will notify you of new products or special offers each month.
We will not share, rent or sell your personal information to anyone without your express consent unless required by law or court order. Your privacy is important to us, and we take great care to ensure its protection.
Returns
We want every item we sell to meet your expectations. Therefore, most items may be returned, prepaid, without authorization as long as they are in salable condition with original packaging.
Authorization is required for returns of equipment and appliances. Equipment and appliances must be shipped back to us unused with original packaging and packing intact in order to receive full credit. A restocking and/or repackaging fee may apply.
Authorization is required for returns of custom-imprinted items. We work diligently to produce your order to your exact specifications. Please check all proofs carefully before signing as imprinted items are not returnable unless an error was made in production.
Return authorization is also required for special-order items, broken cases or marked merchandise. A restocking fee may apply to special-order items.
Returns must be shipped to us freight paid. Original and/or return freight charges are not refundable unless we were in error.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be credited to your account. Checks will not be issued for credit balances on merchandise returned more than 30 days beyond the invoice date.

Shipping
Orders received before 2 p.m. (Central) Monday through Friday ship the same day.
Orders received after 2 p.m. Friday will ship Monday. Orders received on a holiday or after 2 p.m. the day before a holiday ship the following business day.

Warranties
Warranty issues will be resolved according to the manufacturer's warranty policy. Please call us right away if the product you have purchased from us does not meet your expectations.
